Shipping/Returns policy
Tracking:
- We use Royal Mail as our courier provider. For tracking details please email us here with your order confirmation number and we will be happy to assist.
Shipping:
- We ship across all UK mainland and will be shipping overseas very soon!
- Shipping can take between 3-5 working days for orders placed between Monday and Friday
- Your order will be delivered between Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
Refund and Returns:
In the unlikely event your product is faulty or damaged, we have a 30 day return policy which allows you to return your order within 30 days of purchase. To do this, simply email us at here and request a return.
If after 30 days you believe the device to have a mechanism defect or fault – please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Note: All return for requests will require the customer to pay shipping for the return and upon return, the device will be assessed for eligibility of refund or replacement.
